WHAT WE OFFER

Every session at PUSH Athletics comes back to the same thing — world-class coaching and consistent work compound over time. We're not chasing trends or recycling generic programming. What happens on the floor is written in-house, tested, and intentional. Show up, do the work, trust what's being built.

01 — CrossFit
Coached group classes built around functional movement, strength, and conditioning. The intensity is real. The scaling is smart. The coaching is hands-on. This is the core of everything we do.

 

02 — HYROX
Race-specific training that builds the kind of fitness that transfers everywhere. Whether you're chasing a podium or just want to know what you're made of, this is where that gets tested.

 

03 — Lifting Club
Once a week. Barbell focused. For the athletes who want to get under the bar with intention and build real strength. Technique-driven, progressive, and worth showing up for.

 

04 — Personal Training
One coach. One athlete. One hour. Built entirely around your goals, your schedule, and where you are right now. The fastest way to move the needle.

 

05 — Open Gym
Your time, your training. Show up, get after it, move on with your day. Coaches are around if you need them.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every class is an hour. You'll move through a warm-up, get coached through the work, and leave having done something that mattered. Coaches lead every session — scaling options are always available, nothing is one-size-fits-all. First time in? Tell your coach. They'll take care of you.
